There is also the Braskem Operator Training Program, which prepares people who want to build a career in industrial operations. At the end of the course, you will be ready to work in one of Braskem's industrial centers. The program is designed in two phases to provide solid theoretical knowledge aligned with practical learning.
The premise here is to learn how to do it in order to do it consciously, taking on increasingly greater challenges with each new stage. The program lasts up to 1 year. To participate, you must be studying petrochemical technology. The selection process takes place throughout the year in São Paulo, Alagoas, Rio Grande do Sul, Bahia, and Rio de Janeiro.
Currently, registration is open for the Young Apprentice Program. Eligible candidates are those aged 18 to 24 who have completed high school or are currently enrolled. These programs are designed to provide theoretical and practical knowledge relevant to the daily operations of companies, prepare young people for the job market, help them develop, challenge themselves, grow, and most importantly: chart their own path from an early age. The program lasts up to 2 years, but there is also the possibility of being hired permanently by the company.
