About the Decision Network
From an idea, a project is born, and thus begins the company's story. New to São Paulo in the 1980s, Regina Oliveira began pursuing her dream of educating and caring for children. Always determined, she knew that the classroom would be the path to achieving her goal: to inspire each individual to reach their potential and positively change our country. At an address in the south of São Paulo, she established the project. There, the headquarters of the Pequerruchos Institute, dedicated to children aged 1 to 6, became an environment of trust. This trust opens the way for new challenges, giving teenagers the same quality that Pequerruchos gave to children. Thus, Colégio Decisão was born.
Over the years, results began to appear. With this growth comes the need for transformation. Neighborhood schools need to adapt to the educational complexes designed for students. Not only that, but their political-pedagogical program needs to be reorganized to modernize the school education system. It was then that Regina's eldest son, Gabriel Felipe, decided to participate in the project. With the goal of transforming the nation through education, he brought some of the pillars that accompany us to this day: well-defined processes and a strong, well-communicated culture.
He is well-versed in successful strategies, the need to provide students and parents with quality and consistent education at a fair price, which requires standardizing pedagogical and administrative systems. Successful institutional practices are not limited to the schools, institutes, NGOs, and other entities visited. With all these ideas and qualified people to take on this challenge, a new project was born: a company that today comprises several schools spread across Brazil.
